MAKING A RESERVATION

How do I find a hotel?
Our reservation process is simple. Enter the desired city and your travel dates. Click “SEARCH NOW” and our search engine will bring back a list of available hotels and rates. You can also select various refine criteria depending on what’s important to you. For example, you can search by area of town, star rating or hotel name.

You may also check our city guides, and follow the links to the hotel you are searching for.

What is a pre-paid hotel reservation?
Pre-payment from guests allows hotels to extend their deepest discounts; up to 50% or more off the hotel retail price. Your entire hotel stay is charged to your credit card at the time of the booking. All you do is arrive at the hotel and enjoy your stay. However, hotels collect payment information separately for incidentals such as meals, movies, parking and phone calls. Cancellation terms and fees apply to pre-paid bookings.


Why should I prepay for my hotel stay?
No Rate Increases: Prepaying your hotel room assures the deep discount rate is “locked in” and paid, so you will not be subject to room rate increases.

Ease of Arrival: Because of our seamless connectivity with hotels, prepaid bookings are guaranteed to be in the hotel’s reservation system. That gives you peace of mind in knowing you can simply check in and begin enjoying your stay.


How are hotels able to offer deeply discounted rates online?
Reserving rooms online costs less than calling hotels directly and booking a room with an operator or travel agent. Simply stated, booking a room online is a less expensive way to sell the room. Also, prepayment saves hotels the costs associated with billing and accounting. These savings are passed to the consumer as discounted rates for hotel rooms.


Do you offer other discounted rates, besides your prepaid program?
Yes. In addition to our prepaid program, which offers special discount rates negotiated with hotels and require pre-payment, we offer access to many other rates. If you have association memberships, such as AARP or AAA, and a hotel offers those rates, you may be able to book them. On our hotel page, click the “SEE MORE RATES” button to view additional room types and rates.


What other fees or taxes may be charged when I book a room?
Hotel rooms rates are subject to various taxes (like city and state) depending upon the city. Additional fees, such as resort charges and processing fees may also be assessed.


What payment methods do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanch.

For your protection, we use an automated address verification system to very billing information. At this time, credit cards issued by U.S. banks must be used for all bookings.


Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are based on double occupancy per room and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise noted. Additional people, children, roll away beds and other additions may be subject to additional charges.


Can I see additional details about the hotels?
Absolutely! We maintain a database full of pictures and information about each property to assist you in selecting which hotel best meets your needs.


When I make a reservation, is the confirmation number I receive from the hotel?
Because we link directly into each hotel’s computer reservation system, you are issued the hotel’s confirmation number when you book a room. You can be confident that the hotel will have your confirmation number upon check-in.


Do I need to any submit personal information?
Unlike other travel sites, you are not required to submit personal information to shop for rates. When you book a room using the site, all we require is that you enter credit card information, address and other personal information necessary to help us complete your purchase.


Can I book more than one hotel room at a time?
At this time, you can only book one room at a time on our website. In the future, we plan to provide you the ability to book up to four rooms at the same time online.


Can I use special coupons from the hotel?
At this time, you cannot apply special hotel coupons toward your reservation.


How do I retrieve my room reservation after it is made?
From the hotel reservation page, click on “Customer Service/Cancel Reservations .” ill in your first name, last name, credit card number, and confirmation number as provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your email account, please contact customer service.




CHECKING IN

What will I need to check-in?
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to present a valid photo I.D. for check-in. You will also need a valid credit card to pay for incidental charges, such as telephone calls, parking and room service. We encourage you to also take along a copy of your confirmation page.



CHECKING OUT
How do I check-out?
Because your room is pre-paid, the only charges you will be responsible for at check-out are for additional hotel services you used during your stay. These additional charges include such items as extra people in your room, rollaway beds, room service, energy surcharges, resort fees, and parking.



CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please keep in mind that pre-paid reservations are subject to cancellation penalties and are non-transferable/non-changeable. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be done on this website. Any refund due from your cancellation will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase, less the appropriate cancellation fees. Hotels cannot make changes or cancellations to pre-paid reservations under any circumstances. Along with our cancellation fees, hotels may assess additional fees. Please refer to your original confirmation for specific hotel cancellation policy information.


How do I change my dates of stay?
Currently, changes to your reservation are not supported; you must cancel the original reservation and rebook for the new dates. However, we suggest you first check availability for the new desired dates, to avoid any disappointment from canceling your first booking if the new dates are not available. Cancellation fees will still apply, as the first reservation is considered “cancelled,” but credit will be given for unused room nights if applicable per the cancellation penalty.



PRIVACY and SECURITY

Will you sell my personal information to third parties or telemarketers?
No. All information provided us is 100% secure and confidential.


How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?
Along with your privacy, your financial security is of utmost importance to us. Our booking engine guarantees a secure transaction because we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL is the industry standard for encrypting your personal information – so you can book your hotel rooms with confidence.

AFTER YOUR TRIP

When my credit card bill arrived, I noticed there was another charge from the hotel. What is this?
The charges you see might be the incidentals you charged during your hotel stay. Restaurant meals, room service, movies, parking, and any other fees not considered “room & tax” will be billed directly by the hotel at check-out. If you have questions about any charges, please email your questions to our Customer Service department. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Center and a representative will be happy to review your bill with you.

How can I get a receipt for my hotel room?
It is critical to keep the confirmation page issued at the time of booking. You will also receive an email confirmation, which can be used as a receipt. If you need a receipt after your trip, you can access historical data from our website. From the hotel reservation page, click on Customer Service/Reservations. Fill in you first name, last name, credit card number, and confirmation number as provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your email account, please contact Customer Service.

Can I view my past reservations?
Yes, we archive all paid transactions. To access, you will need the confirmation number and credit card number used to make the reservation. From the hotel reservation page, click on Customer Service/Reservations.” Fill in you first name, last name, credit card number, and confirmation number as provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your email account, please contact Customer Service.
